2d DSB — Battalion swag, three fabric tiers, one roster
PFC Yeshua Mesa came in with an Excel-shaped order and a question most unit coordinators eventually ask: "Can you print on both 50/50 and 100% polyester, and how do the prices line up?" The answer: yes, and here's what 2d DSB actually bought.

Why offer three tee options?
One size doesn't fit all for a logistics battalion. The PT crowd wants 100% polyester performance tees (moisture-wicking, odor-resistant, lighter). The duty-day crowd wants 50/50 cotton-poly blends for softness and classic hand-feel. And offering both colors in both fabrics lets the battalion coordinator stop making a call that isn't really theirs to make. 2d DSB ran a mix — and the split roughly matched what we see across Marine battalion orders.
What the run looked like
- 50/50 Green Short Sleeve — the heaviest slice of the roster
- 100% Poly Green Short Sleeve — performance tier, fewer pcs
- 100% Poly Black Short Sleeve — the "dark uniform" alternate
- Original Hoodies (Black) — rounded out the set
Pricing and quantities were worked out between the coordinator and our shop via Excel + follow-up email — the kind of back-and-forth military coordinators usually prefer over public-facing retail prices.
Good fit for: battalion swag runs, deployment send-offs
Battalion-wide runs that need a mix of fabric types at a common per-unit price — that's this pattern. The roster coordinator picks, the Marines fill in sizes, the invoice itemizes the split cleanly enough that any accountant can reconcile it.
